Platform is billed per vial ($10/vial; $5–$10 depending on medical group). Shipping and the doctor visit are charged once per order and step down at 10,000+ units/mo. Up to 5 vials of the same SKU ship in one package; a $10 pharmacy handling fee applies to each additional vial (2nd–5th). On the revenue side, retail is one flat price per order per product regardless of vial size, and the 5% card-processing fee is deducted from collected revenue to give clinic revenue, and the Launch cost configured above (blended medication + platform, shipping, doctor and any handling) is then subtracted to show clinic profit. Estimates only; final pricing set in contract.

An additional doctor fee is charged when there are multiple prescriptions — this happens when the order contains two different medications.
